RETURNS AND SHIPPING
ALL INQUIRIES WILL BE ANSWERED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. ALL ORDERS CURRENTLY HAVE A PROCESSING TIME OF 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THERE WILL BE NO RUSH ORDERS/ EXPEDITED SHIPPING DURING THIS TIME. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
We have a 14 day Return Policy
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Please provide order number, full name, product name, and reason for your return. Please provide as many details as possible, including pictures or video that clearly demonstrate the issue. You will receive further instructions within 2 business days regarding your return.
All refunds and store credit will be processed only after return is approved and received.
Product warranties are honored by the manufacturer beyond the return window.
*Beyond Vape and Aria hardware and devices have a one year limited warranty.
-Items that show physical damage done by the customer cannot be returned.
-Returns must be accompanied by their original packaging, along with all of the original accessories.
-You may not return e-liquid once the seal has been broken.
-If an item is received without prior approval, we may not accept the return. The customer will then be responsible for the return shipping in the event that he/she wants their product back.
-Shipping charges do not qualify for a refund unless the item being returned is deemed defective.
-When shipping back a return, please use a traceable method, as we are not responsible if the item is lost in transit or does not make it to us. A shipping label can be provided upon request, but the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (unless item is defective).
CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is deemed defective, only store credit will be offered.
Orders have a 5-7 business days processing time. If an order is placed after 8 am, it will begin processing the next business day.
USPS does not guarantee delivery day. Orders are delivered between 1-3 business days after they are shipped via USPS. If expedited shipping is selected after 8 am, orders will ship the next business day via USPS.
Free shipping over $75 is valid for Continental US RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. The shipping service used for this will be USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground based on our discretion.
Beyond Vape is not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong address given by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to a wrong address, extra shipping charges will incur to resend package.
In the event that a package is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, Beyond Vape works with Route Protection to resolve the issue. Please contact Beyond Vape right away regarding any shipping issue at email@example.com and https://claims.route.com/
Per the STAKE Act in California, we will be contacting customers via telephone to confirm purchase. The phone call will take place after 5pm. We may leave a voice message in the event that we cannot reach the customer. In addition, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes in California. All orders in California must be shipped to the billing address in the order. Please call our customer service team at 855-587-8888 if you have any questions regarding this matter.
We cannot accept or ship any orders to Utah per Utah Code §59-14-509.
